So I was wondering, when I've seen other streamers get given a key by a dev (not necessarily through KeyMailer) they have to disclose that they got given a key for that game and I was wondering if this is something we have to do when we get given keys through here?

Depends where you live, because the legal requirement differs from country to country. There can also be compliance requirements that specify when, where, and how often disclosure is needed, so do check. Some publishers will ask that you declare your relationship with them, so that it is clear to your viewers. It’s generally good practice if in doubt to declare this anyway. It doesn’t have to be complicated. For example, saying: “I got sent this game for free from [the publisher] so I can check it out for you”
