i Requested a Atlas Key, it said i owned the game but i didnt what happened can help me with that??

i tried to request Atlas but i didnt have the request button it said i owned the game please help me out.

Hi,

I had a look on your account and it shows that you have played Atlas already ( 0.5 Std. insgesamt
last played 23. Dez. 2018). Once you have played the game, steam saves data from it, which keymailer picks up and shows up as an owned game. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to your steam account so we cannot do anything about it.
