As soon as your account comes back in our pending last as the next account, we will check it again. We have one big queue (sorted after mixer, twitch and youtube) which is organized after channel size/follower count/sub count. If you are using youtube, it takes in general a lot longer than twitch and mixer, simply by the amount of people using youtube.
It is always hard to estimate how long it is going to take, as we can spend between 30s to 5 mins per profile to check, depending on how well they follow the rules. So it does take quite a lot of time to check them manually.
