I’ve lately been given a key for a game I requested (yay!), but when retreiving it on Steam, it says that the key has already been used! How do I solve this problem?

Hi RektGamez,

Not to worry, there's always a solution! In this instance, what you will have to do is report the key to the Keymailer staff. To do this, select "View Key" on the "My Keys" section, and then select "Report a Problem with this key". Your problem should then be addressed and resolved soon.
