Unable to add a new email and was told I needed to change my current email since it is from a service that gives me throw away emails for different things.

How do I update my original email or add a new email if the system will not let me add a new one?

Your old email address has not been confirmed yet. You will need to first confirm your main email address to be able to add a new one.

I have checked using this email confirmation resender: https://www.keymailer.co/resend_confirmation

And it confirms there is not an outstanding email that needs to be confirmed. I have already confirmed the email on the account I believe. Is there a way to check this?
