A developer tried to send me a key but couldn't; did it have to do with my pending status? I thought you could still receive keys without being accredited.

Tomorrow will be two months since I first joined and just about two months of being pending. I wouldn't mind not being accredited if I could still receive keys, but it appears as though I can't receive them while pending.

Was that a fluke or is that standard?
If standard, I will continue to request keys privately until accredited.

You can receive keys and get keys being in any state, unaccredited, pending, accredited, it doesn't matter.

Developers can filter unaccredited and pending users out of their list, so you should check with him if he has that filter on, and if thats the case deactivate it so that he can send you a key.

Warmest regards
