I'm running a VR-focussed gaming blog. No Twitch or Youtube, just a blog. Regarding getting accredited as a blog the FAQ says: "please raise a ticket using an email address from your website domain". However, the helpdesk-website says "We are now only taking questions on our community pages. New helpdesk tickets are not being accepted." Not quite if that means that the helpdesk is closed right now or for good. Thought I'd try my luck here...
