I got a Shadows Awakening key on 28th August and it gave me a duplicate error so I reported it. I also spoke with their support and asked me which key was, but more than 10 days passed and I didn't get my replacement key. What should I do?

Hi SaiTatter,

Unfortunately, we do not send any keys out ourselves, the publisher and devs send them out themselves, which is why I can only forward you to their support as well.
You should be able reach them on:      support@kalypsomedia.com or  games-farm@games-farm.com
